Apartments Hlapi with Spa
"Amazing apartment, whirlpool and sauna were great addition for cold day"
Apartment Honey Bee with Sauna
Chalet and Apartment Žonir with Sauna
"Pros: the apartment was clean, within walking distance of the Michelin-starred restaurant where we had booked, and has a terrace where we could sit comfortably in the sun. Otherwise, not recommended. No welcome or personal attention, no coffee or tea, very outdated decor. However, the owner asks via message afterwards to leave a 10 review. It would be more considerate to ask us on-site how we liked it. One night was enough. Not worth repeating."

Hotel Mangart
"The hotel is cleverly photographed. The disappointing reality is a rather sterile blot on the beautiful landscape and safe to say the view from the window is the best thing about it. It’s annoying when you go on holiday to pay relative top dollar for a place that doesn’t meet expectations. The pokey rooms had a musty/ smoky odour; loos didn’t flush properly; one thin pillow each. Again misleading photography makes the pool look big - it’s actually a tiny plunge pool. The receptionist was frosty and indifferent when we arrived. We couldn’t get snacks or drinks outside of mealtimes. On the plus side the breakfast was generous and the hotel is handy for the town. Overall though visitors to Bovec can do a whole lot better. It says four stars, I’m only experiencing 3…..or even 2. The Hotel Mangart welcomes your money but sadly not you!"
Bohinj Eco Hotel
"Brought a group of tourist to this hotel. Hotel’s breakfast starts at 7:00am. We have to depart from hotel early next morning so request for breakfast to start at 06:30. Operations Manager wanted to charge us extra for early breakfast. Most hotels throughout Croatia / Slovenia has breakfast from 06:30. Also most hotels are willing to accede to our request for early breakfast without charges. This is basic customer services and accommodating the customers. The very night - hotel switched off the air conditioning at 22:00hrs. Weather was pleasant and not too warm. However we are not used to sleeping with doors/windows open. Again the Operations manager refuse to turn on the air conditioning and said other guest felt too cold. He forgot - we are also guest in the hotel. Is it because we are Asians and treated badly?? Comments Rooms: decent and dated. Facilities - basic only liquid soap Hotel breakfast was decent and good spread. Lightings - corridor very dim and rooms poor lights. TV does not work and remote not functioning. Will I recommend this hotel - Definitely NOOOOO!!!!!!"
Hotel Jezero
"I did not stay in the hotel but I came for coffee and cake. They waitress Slavica was so nice and helpful. The service was impeccable. The cakes were delicious. You have to pay for parking and to go to the toilet. Toilets were clean. You can pay with card or cash. They are walking distance to the lake."
Hotel Saisera
"Eating in a group was simply a disaster. Totally chaotic. Tiny portions. Main course 10 minutes before the side dishes were served. Waiters totally overwhelmed. Room OK. Quiet location."
Boutique Hotel Dobra Vila Bovec
"Everything about Hotel Dobra Vila is first class. Our room was large, well-equipped and had mountain views from 2 sides of the room. The terrace and gardens are beautiful. The weather was warm while we were in Bovec, and it was very nice to have a late-afternoon drink under an umbrella on the terrace, or in the shade of a tree in the garden, while enjoying stunning scenery. Breakfast was served on the terrace and was excellent – scrambled eggs made to order, smoked salmon, a variety of top quality fresh fruit, very nice yoghurt as well as cereals, cheeses, cold meat, bread etc. Finally, the staff were outstanding. The receptionist/bar attendant was delightful; she was helpful, friendly and informative. She also very kindly delivered my handbag to our room after I accidentally left it on the terrace. The manager was also friendly, efficient and very hospitable. We highly recommend Dobra Vila."
1448 Antica Dimora Al Merlo Bianco
"Perfect location in the center of this small town. Nice charming room with a modern bathroom. We loved the food at the restaurant. There is no reception, the check in and door entrance is all done online."
