Absolutely incredible hotel! The staff pay very very close attention to small details – little things that make your travel experience exceptional. Simple things like your young daughter has wet hair in the restaurant – the staff will bring a towel. you have sunburn and the staff will direct you to the coconut oil. If you have a baby, a member of staff will help you to look after the baby as you have breakfast – this is not a free baby minding service. This is just kindness. The staff pay attention to you and attention to small details to make your stay easier. The staff are exceptional! If your children leave their swimming kit by the pool, they’ll fold it nicely and put it ready for your collection in the main restaurant.  Things we as a family liked (I’m filling this in with my kids) : 1) Great food- beautiful presented and delicious.- tasty buffet style breakfast. Local and European food. 2) Ice cream - including raspberry sorbet 3) Fantastic pool facing the beach. Stunning. Great sunset. 4) Rooms with an incredible view. We had the hilltop view. Excellent amount of space, balcony and house keeping. No issues with water pressure as another customer had previously stated. 5) Really lovely vibe. Beautifully set out facilities. 6) Friendly family place- all the kids played together in a multi national team. 7) Peaceful and calm. Not noisy. 8) Gorgeous beach- perfect to swim in. Kayaks etc also available. 9) walking distance to the beautiful pier with a coral reef along the beach when the tide is out. 10) The resort has everything you need. I would 100 % stay again! The room had a sea frontage with a panoramic view of the bay and had a stylish design with two showers, one inside and one out. A welcome drink on arrival and complimentary snacks in the room. We enjoyed cocktails by the swimming pool and had massages both days of our stay. Swimming in a warm clear sea with a well kept beach and gardens. We stayed in the hilltop rooms which were the worst on the resort. You had to walk up uneven and badly kept steps to get down to the rest of the resort. They were difficult to walk on with wet flip flops The water in the shower also had low water pressure. The beach and sea view villas looked amazing though, so try to book them if you can. The pool overlooked the sea which was a delight and the beach although small was cleaned regularly and you could always get a sunbed. Plenty of shade too.The breakfast was average and they supplied sandwiches between 3-5pm which was a nice touch. The food in the evening was below average as well as the cocktails. They wanted to close early so the restaurant was closed by 8.30 and the doors were shut. Service was Ok but we have had much better in previous hotels we have stayed in on this holiday.This wasn’t a problem for us because taxis were cheap and we go into town where there were enough restaurants to choose from. Try out the Art Studio Bar at the top of the hill.

An incredible stay at Mira Montra from start to finish. We were so impressed by the service, including pick up from the boat (which we didn't even explain when we were due to arrive), the free kayaks/paddle boards, the complimentary afternoon tea, quality of the rooms and the caring nature of the staff. They helped to arrange and drop us off at our next boat, which made it much less stressful. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The view was to die for, and the resort itself was a close bike ride to the other bars/restaurants. We can not comment about the lunch or dinner in the hotel as we ate elsewhere and also rented a bike from down the road. I'm so glad we made this trip and chose to stay here. I would definitely recommend!

We have a great time staying at Mira Montra Koh Mak. Front desk is very kind and helpful. Room is clean, bed is super comfortable. Free to borrow kayak, sup board and snorkeling equipments. Thanks to N’ Chai for recommending snorkeling spot at Koh Phi, that we can go there by kayaking. At Koh Phi diving spot is full of sea anemone, pink anemone fish and pack of various kind of fish. But not recommend when strong wind, high wave and strong currents quite risk. Hope to have spend more days here again.

Well maintained resort with friendly staff. Happily listened to feedback given and action right away. Timed breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner service. Lush and great place to relax. Thank you, khun Boy check-in staff, Khun May Room and F&B, Khun Lilly F&B, and all of the hotel staff. Will definitely come back!

Comfortable bed,friendly staff, clean, but food not good.

This place is a gem. Wonderful location, lovely staff and great amenities. My wife and I have stayed here twice and will stay here everytime we travel to Koh Mak. The one complaint would be that the outdoor chairs for the hillside units are very uncomfortable and definitely short on padding. My wife and I love Mira Montra and Koh Mak Island. We can't wait to return.

Here is perfect If you like a mordern style. I really love this place. So, I extended the staying date for my relaxation. Staffs are very friendly. I gonna choose again. ❤️☺️🙏

This is a newly opened place Not all rooms are open yet be under construction The staff here are very kind Service education, very well minded We wanted to stay here longer, I only said that the hotel has no rooms But there were definitely vacancies in our eyes I don't know why they don't make reservations That was a bit disappointing If I visit this island again, I want to visit again The food at the restaurant tastes good, The price is too high It doesn't matter if it's expensive You'll have to prepare something for the price Whether it's increasing the amount of food or plenching, I need to make a difference

Good service

10 out of 10. The room was nice and reasonably priced. I think I went during the low season. The room was clean and spacious, with a sea view. The air conditioning was cool, but a bit noisy. The bathroom was huge. The breakfast buffet was varied. Afternoon tea was served at 3:00 PM. It's free. Motorbike rental is 300 baht per day with a 1,000 baht deposit. Cash only. The staff were friendly. Overall, it was great. I highly recommend it.

The overall accommodation is very good. It's like having a private beach. The overall accommodation is OK. The facilities are very good. The swimming pool is very good. The buffet food is very good. Overall, it's very good value for money. If I have the chance, I will come back again.
