"This was my child's first solo trip, and the hotel made us feel very secure; you had to go through security every time you entered or exited. The room was spacious enough for one person, and the bathroom deserves a special mention for being excellent. The location was also convenient, and the breakfast was varied and plentiful."

"Don't choose Block C! Don't choose Block C! Don't choose Block C! But only Block C has a kitchen! If you absolutely have to choose it, pick a floor above the 3rd! Below the 3rd floor, it's all chimney smoke!!! The hotel is divided into three blocks, A, B, and C. Only A and B are in one building, while Block C is in a separate building outside the main hotel. All the staff, except for the front desk and cleaning staff who at least crack a smile, are incredibly unhelpful. If you're struggling with luggage or shopping, or can't carry things, they have no intention of assisting you. Especially the security guards in Block C! They're like mannequins or something! You need to swipe your card to enter Block C, and if you're carrying luggage and other items, it's impossible to get your room card out. They just sit there on their phones, watching you! Why would the boss pay so much just to hire a bunch of people like this?"

"I chose the larger room, and it was indeed very spacious, just like in the photos. However, the window opened onto half a wall of the adjacent building (but this didn't bother me, because if I wanted a sea view, I wouldn't have chosen this room; I just liked its size and spaciousness). Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel. The room was clean and spacious, and the location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the SAW airport M4 terminal. The Kadikoy ferry terminal and the airport bus terminal are right outside the door—fantastic! I encountered 4-5 different staff members, and each one was very friendly and genuinely helpful. I don't understand why some reviews say Chinese people are unfriendly; at least every staff member I encountered was polite and friendly, and they all provided timely and practical assistance when I had questions."

"⭐I regularly stay at the Hilton Istanbul Kozyatağı and always look forward to coming back. The hotel consistently impresses me with its cleanliness, professional service, and pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly, attentive, and always helpful. The location is particularly excellent for business trips, as many destinations are easily accessible. The breakfast and general facilities of the hotel are also of a high standard. It's clear that great emphasis is placed on quality and hospitality here. For me, the Hilton Istanbul Kozyatağı is one of my preferred hotels in Istanbul."

"Between 10am to 11 am, we were bothered three times.  First, by an hotel male  working personal who knocked at our door, wanting to check the conditions of the chairs. Ten minutes later, a senior  lady cleaner knocked at our door, said “room check”.  Shortly before 11 am, phone rang, it was the Reception who informed us of 12 noon check out time.   We checked in at around 2 am because of midnight arrival flight.  Came to town just because we wanted to rest well so that we can catch the connecting flight the next day.  We do not understand why we were bothered three times."

"We made a single night accommodation for the concert in the small farm park. The price of the windowless room was fit, but a room that can stay at max 1 night. It is hard to breathe until morning because we have been continuously air conditioning."

"A great hotel for a vacation in the heart of Istanbul. As someone traveling with children, my main criteria for choosing a hotel were comfort, a good spa, and a convenient location. This hotel exceeded all expectations. At the front desk, we immediately felt a warm welcome towards the kids. The staff smiled and interacted with them without any formality, which set a great tone for our entire vacation. Special thanks to the hotel for the early check-in (2 hours ahead of schedule) and for the lovely welcome amenities in the room – fresh fruits and chocolates. It was a wonderful gesture after our journey. The room completely met our expectations. We had a huge, comfortable bed and a beautiful view of Taksim Square and the city. The only minor detail was the absence of bathrobes in the room. However, given the overall level of service, we're sure they would be provided upon request (truthfully, we simply forgot to ask). Breakfasts here are excellent. The buffet is very diverse, offering everything from fresh pastries, cereals, and fruits to a wide selection of dishes for adults, including traditional Turkish specialties. For me, the fresh avocado was a testament to its quality. The spa center with its rooftop outdoor pool and sea view was a true lifesaver after long walks through hot Istanbul. The warm pool is ideal for a relaxing swim with children, and there's a sauna and an authentic Turkish hammam. The view of the city from the spa area also deserves special praise. And the icing on the cake – the location. The hotel is right at the entrance to a metro station. For a metropolis the size of Istanbul, this is a huge advantage. We could reach the Galata Tower, the Spice Bazaar, or catch a ferry across the Bosphorus in a matter of minutes, always having the option to quickly return to our room if the children got tired. Huge thanks to the staff for their care. We definitely recommend this hotel to all travelers with children."

"My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The property is breathtaking, incredibly Instagram worthy, and exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. Every corner of the hotel was thoughtfully decorated, with plenty of stunning spots to take memorable photos. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always happy to assist with directions and recommendations. They also kindly stored my luggage while I traveled to Cappadocia, and I was so impressed with my first stay that I rebooked the hotel for my return to Istanbul. The location is another huge advantage. It’s just a 5-minute walk to Istiklal Street and around 10 minutes to Taksim Square, making it easy to explore the city. There are countless shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby, so you’ll never run out of places to visit or things to do. I would definitely stay here again on my future trips to Istanbul and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel."
