"Best stay with this hotel. But bad experience booked with trip.com. As we arrived for check in there was a problem, receptionist said they dont receive our booking from trip.com. After 15mins later, they found out my booking under *******. They offered me for other room because my room curently full. A bit happy because they offer for 2single beds extra n room upgrade for free. I really love the room. Very spacious. On 2nd day we got our room as we booked before. Anyway i really happy with this hotel. Thankyou."

"Overall, the stay was good. However, we booked a room with 3 single beds, but instead we were given 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. At first, the receptionist suggested that we downgrade to a room with 2 single beds and add 1 extra single bed, downgrade??😂 but we rejected the suggestion because it wasn't worth the price we had paid. In the end, after seeing that we were not willing to compromise, they offered us a three-bedroom apartment on Level 20+. However, since there were only three of us (all girls), we felt the apartment was big and a little scary, so we chose to stay in the room with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed so we could stay together. So, the bed type you select on Trip may not be the one you actually get. If you have a specific bed preference, I recommend contacting the hotel in advance to confirm it."

"We were upgraded on our recent trip to Batam. i Hotel has two locations.. at Nagoya Hill (where we stayed) and Baloi. The Nagoya property is conveniently located just next to Nagoya Hill Shopping Centre. There's a side gate, which is locked and accessible by room key card, to and from the Shopping Centre. This makes it very accessible and provide extra security other than walking along the street. Access to the hotel via vehicle will be inspected at the main gate before the security personnel opens the gate. Hotel is clean and staff are courteous. Since we were there for only 2-nights we didn't need room cleaning. In the early afternoon of the second day I received a message that my room has the No Disturb light on and just wanted to confirmed if we need room makeup. Such thoughtful service! The breakfast buffet carries a wide spread. I would suggest taking up on their breakfast before heading out for the day. They have 2 coffee machines that makes about 15 different beverages. Just a caution that they lean towards to sweeter side. At the buffet there's also an egg counter that will make your eggs be it omelette, over easy or soft boiled. Going for meals and shopping malls are convenient. Besides Nagoya Hill which you can easily walk to, other malls like the the Grand Batam Mall and food courts like A2 and Nagoya Food Court are easily accessible by Grab. Cost is around IDR21,600.00. From Batam Ferry Terminal to the hotel cost about IDR37,000.00."

"The room was pretty clean, and dining options were convenient. There's a large food court nearby, and a big mall right across the street, less than a five-minute walk away. It's also just about ten minutes from Harbour Bay ferry terminal."

"The place is peaceful and quiet, not much people and we enjoyed the pool. There is a lot of things to do so you wont get bored. We try the kayaking and its very fun . My daughter loves to swim so we swim the whole time. Breakfast spread is ok, we dont eat much so we are ok with what on the buffet. Going to City will take 45mins by grab, but its ok coz fare not expensive. Over all we enjoy the place, staff are polite and friendly."

However, guests will need to follow the shuttle timing strictly, as it operates based on a fixed schedule. "I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the hotel is generally clean and the front desk staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. The room itself was tidy and the bathroom was in good condition. However, we stayed in Room 426 and had a very difficult time sleeping. The bed makes a lot of loud noise every time you turn over, which made it almost impossible to get a good night's rest. If you are looking for quality sleep, I would recommend requesting a different room. The worst part is I forgot to ask for changing another room😇😇😇"
