We waited in the lobby for a very long time, which was a significant drain on time and energy, especially waiting with luggage. This greatly diminished the experience. During peak hours, with many guests, it's easy for people to pile up in queues and experience congested waiting times, which is very unfriendly to travelers who are on a tight schedule and want to check in quickly to rest. However, the excessively long wait during peak check-in times dragged down the overall check-in experience."
