Legend Kep Resort ★★★
"So good"
Serene Vita Retreat ★★★★
"This is a brand new boutique that just opened up a little over a month ago. Newly renovated (a few slight teething issues) with clean (brand new) bedsheets and in-room amenities. The restaurant is also very accommodating and the team even offered to bring breakfast in-room. I believe the hotel was full when we stayed there but the rooms were nice and quiet and it served the purpose of being a getaway in the middle of nowhere. The team gets top marks for communication prior to and post trip and did everything they could to make it a smooth trip. The only issue was that the hotel is somewhat remote so getting public transport or getting any form of transport in and out of the hotel is a bit of an issue."
Veranda Natural Resort ★★★★
"According to the website, Veranda is “the perfect destination for those seeking tranquility…” and so we booked a night to escape the noise of a ceremony next to our house. Upon arrival we had to change rooms as there was also a very loud ceremony near the hotel. The second twin room was quieter but seemed like a downgrade from our original double room. Later that night there was also very loud karaoke in the vicinity, which was disturbing in our room; the hotel said there was nothing they can do if the noise isn’t from their hotel. In the morning we woke up to loud construction work noise about 100m away. There was quite allot of burning in the area, so it is quite smokey too, when you sit in the restaraunt or out in your balcony. Overall, not my idea of tranquility. Seems hard to find any peace and quite location with fresh air in Cambodia these days; which is very sad. Such a shame as the hotel is very beautiful, staff were friendly and the breakfast was quite good. In the end it was a waste of a trip, time and money :("
Kep Bay Hotel & Resort ★★★★
"The location is good: close to the beach but not on the beach. The staff is not cool and extra-charged my friends (2 adults and one kid) for an extra-bed while they and had ordered a room for 3 people...that came with one bed only (exactly the same room as mine, just more expensive). On the ground floor, rooms have a small terrace directly next to the pool. But nobody cleans it. The swimming poo itselfl is really nice. The breakfast is really not good. I do not recommend it."
Kep Sea View Hotel ★★★
"This is hands down the best place I have stayed in Kep. From the moment I arrived, the reception was exceptional—the staff are incredibly welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!"
Bird of Paradise Bungalows ★★
"A hut is simple but well equipped and super clean. surrounding by beautiful garden. you can relax in a hammock during hot afternoon! the owners are friendly and helpful too. highly recommend. still walking distance to pick up point of the shuttle to Vietnam, if you travel light."
Sabbay Kep ★★★
"Value for money. Conveniently located. Large swimming pool. Adequate owners. Delicious restaurant. The sea is not suitable for swimming, but across the sea you are in Thailand."
Saravoan-Kep Hotel ★★★
"Beware of the monkeys that accosted us at the reception and snatched our fruits The hotel was so kind that we got reimbursed for their cost but the monkeys are too aggressive for guest safety, especially if you have children We were never advised at check so unaware but somebody should take action before the monkeys take over the whole town maybe in the future and tourism will pay the price"
Vakara Hotel Kep ★★★★
"The staffs are very courteous. Great place, great experience."

Raingsey Bungalow
"Great place to have a relaxed stay"
Reachbut Sessor Hotel
"A good hotel, located a bit far from the beach and market. There are restaurants and a store nearby. There is no refrigerator in the room. There is hot water and the air conditioning works."
Knai Bang Chatt Resort
"I had such a great stay at Knai Bang Chatt. The place itself is beautiful and peaceful and the people are amazing. For example, The receptionist (I think his name was Samnang) went completely out of his way to help me find sunscreen—he took photos at the pharmacy, and brought it back without charging anything extra. Mornings started with a swim in the pool or sunrise yoga, followed by a long breakfast where you can have literally anything—from Vietnamese Pho (apparently steamed for 3 hours) to avo toast with perfectly poached eggs. The restaurant at the seafront is also a really good, local crab with fresh pepper sauce, Italian food, fresh smoothies or Cambodian food, it really has it all and the quality is absolutely fantastic! We took the boat trip to the nearby island where they do marine conservation work, which was really interesting and gave me more context about the area and conservation work they do. Seeing the pepper farms was also great! I also had a very good pedicure and massage at the spa. Each time I was able to go within 15 minutes of asking. Being here helped me unwind in a way I haven’t experienced in a long time . See you next time!"
Kep Bungalows
"Exellent bungalows"
KEP LODGE
"Good service"
Calao Kep Residence Hotel
"Excellent staff, comfortable beautiful hotel, breakfast was delicious, large clean pool"
Sanssouci Kep
"Nice place, full of facilities, clean, silent, good breakfast , staffs are friendly, it’s nice for working people and oversleeping."
Q Bungalows
"The pool is great, a definite highlight. The gardens and breakfast are good. Location is an easy walk to the waterfront restaurants and national park. Room would benefit from maintenance (eg repairing broken mosquito netting on windows, a fresh paint). Gaps around the door (partly where the wood has been eaten away) so mosquitos could get in even with windows closed. I appreciate maintenance can be difficult in hot climates, but for the price, you would expect better. The room could also have been cleaned more thoroughly before guests arrived. Provision of drinking water and coffee supplies was minimal, and restaurant has limited vegetarian options. I'd recommend staying here if a good pool and green space is your priority and you don't mind rough edges in the room - I'd stay again for the pool."
Try Palace Resort Kep
"The room is large, with solid wood furniture, very clean and comfortable, and the wireless network is very fast. The only drawback is that the TV is broken and it was not fixed after repair."
Tara Lodge Haven of Peace
"Lovely, quiet place with bungalows surrounding an excellent pool. If you book a room on the upper levels of the bungalows, then you are high amongst the trees which is a joy. All of the rooms have balconies and areas to sit and relax. Lionel is the French owner who was super helpful … organizing a couple of days Remorque (tuk tuk) excursions around Kep which we really enjoyed. $40 / day with English speaking driver called Su Kim who was really fun and explained various things to us en route. Tara Lodge itself is about 10 - 15 mins walk to the crab market . Kimly restaurant which is a 5 min walk from the market is by far the best resto along the sea front. Get there early, grab a table on the open veranda looking out over the sea - and watch the sun set. Perfect evening. Just a couple of small things - bathrooms a little tired, and breakfast could be improved. But - definitely worth a stay and great value."
