Unfortunately there were no curtains to close and the room was very noisy, so you could hear the cars and guests as well. Staff at the reception was friendly and the check-in was very easy. "They said there was an airport shuttle, but in fact there wasn't. They didn't tell the truth at first. They initially said that the shuttle was temporarily unavailable, so I took a taxi myself. When they confirmed whether there was a shuttle on the first morning, they told me not to stop. The confirmation was late, one at 4 pm, another at 6 pm, and then at 8 pm, they said that their hotel did not have airport pick-up and drop-off services, so I had to handle it myself. I have been to the United States so many times, and this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. never come again"

"I booked an overnight stay because my flight was leaving early the next morning. As expected from an American hotel, the room was spacious and nice. The free airport pick-up/drop-off service was convenient. I didn't know there was a pick-up service, so I took an Uber to the hotel, but when I checked in, the staff first asked me if I was going to the airport and what time my flight was, and kindly made the reservation for me. Thanks to that, I was able to comfortably get to the airport at 5 a.m. the next day."

"To start with the positives: This is one of the few airport hotels with free shuttle transfers which worked well. The room is large and as per the pics, with comfortable bed. Negatives: The hotel "lost" my booking. They said they tried to call me with no answer because my phone was switched off, but when I suggested this may be because I was flying the receptionist said "No...you had switched your phone off". Quite a strange answer & attitude to a guest. She "rebooked" me and I ended up paying more then my original booking price. I stayed two nights, and throughout my stay, I had ZERO TV connection. I told the receptionist, and she (a different receptionist to check in) didnt seem to care at all !! ("it probably needs rebooting").....but despite being told someone would attend to it, nothing was done. For the money I paid, having no TV is ridiculous. Minor issues.....no handle on the shower tap, nowhere to hang a towel in the bathoom (there had been something on the back of the door, but was missing). Despite being listed on the amenities, there was no fridge. (just a gap where it should have been.) Overall, for the money paid, a very disappointing stay and will definitely look for other options on future visits."
