"The hotel was on par with domestic budget chain hotels; the rooms were small, and the bathrooms even smaller, comparable to Japanese prefabricated bathrooms—two people couldn't possibly fit in at the same time. Fortunately, the staff were helpful, setting up the sofa bed for us and calling a taxi to the train station. The hotel was about a 15-minute walk from Kemi train station, and dragging luggage along, especially in the snow in winter, was really difficult. Just 15 minutes was exhausting. However, taxis are almost nonexistent in Kemi, so I recommend booking in advance or trying Uber."

We arrived in the morning and originally wanted to store our luggage and wait until the afternoon to check in, but the front desk directly helped us check in early. There is a large supermarket opposite the hotel, which is very convenient. Breakfast is also rich and very good."

"One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at! The customer service was outstanding – the staff helped us with every problem we encountered and went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved. The hotel rooms were spacious enough, and the bathroom and toilet were modern and fitted with high-quality fixtures. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was spotless and well maintained. The breakfast offered a good variety of delicious food. Guests could also enjoy complimentary coffee from the machine in the hotel lobby at any time of the day. The hotel was easy to reach, and right next door there was a burger restaurant, also owned by the hotel owners, as well as a grocery store. This is a family-run business where the guests’ well-being truly comes first. An amazing hotel – we would gladly stay here again!"
