There was no bus from the airport. When I took a taxi from the airport, it was 10 kilometers, which was no 2,9 of a kilometer. It's very bad. The information on this site was false. There were many options nearby. I chose the one that was close to the bus, but everything was false. I have a complaint.

I would say this hotel exceeds the expectations, and most of luxurious hotels as well should learn something from this one. So comfortable place to be for a short stay before the flight. Helpful staff at reception, except in the morning when the Lady was ignoring me even though i was standing in front for 10 minuets for checkout, She was busy making coffee and at the same time attending guests which is not convenient for anybody i guess. Also i read that hotel guests did not need to pay airport transfer fee of 5 euro, but they still charged 10 euros from us. I like the waiting area and bar

A wonderful stay! The hotel has a prime location, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service is top-notch. Highly recommend for a stress-free getaway!

Have stayed here for one-night since I need to catch an early flight at Frankfurt Airport. There is a shuttle bus service from Airport T1 to the hotel door which somehow it was not advertised on the hotel website. According to the hotel website it says there is no shuttle service. The journey to the hotel is free of charge however departure from the hotel costs 5 Euros per person. The room is tidy and air-con is functionable. There is a smart TV and you can link your mobile device for Netflix/Youtube. Unfortunately the TV in my room is broken.

The Hotel was decent for a layover, and the breakfast was nice. The front staff were also nice, but the room, and amenities were very basic.

The breakfast is very expensive and not many food. The machine is broken for check out and then I can’t catch the shuttle bus, but they cannot cancel the bus ticket. It is not a good experience!

close to edeka and lidl. bar is friendly. easy to go to airport by shuttlebus.
