"The staff were very helpful. It was cold when we reached there and they did every thing to keep us warm. Space heaters, extra blankets and hot water bags. The kitchen staff were very accomodative. They actually prepared dishes we asked for. This is the first hotel in our long tour where eeveryone in our group of six seniors were happy with the food. The made south Indian breakfast dishess especislly for us although they were not on the menu. The rooms were cleaned and linen replaced by the time we returned. The views of the Himalayas from our balcony were amazing."

"Suman Royal Resort is an excellent resort for stay in Kausani. It offers stunning view of Himalayan mountains from balcony of your room. The resort is ideally located as most of the places to visit are also nearby and Kausani is a small hill station anyway. The hotel has nice garden area, decent rooms, no traffic noise and absolutely peaceful to stay. Food was good, it has nice options for breakfast and dinner. Service is very good and staff management are very helpful and courteous. You can see the sunrise here at about 5.30 am from the balcony. The power cuts are common in hills but resort had DG which helps. Surely recommended place to stay in Kausani."
