"This was the best experience! The staff were polite, and the cleaning was meticulous – I was extremely satisfied. I especially loved being able to take home fresh vegetables and having unlimited access to the hot springs. They really pay attention to the small details, like the rubber bands attached to the bottom of the locker doors in the hot springs to prevent injuries, which made me feel that their service was thorough. The breakfast was also delicious, with plenty of local vegetables. If I had to suggest an improvement, the pajamas available for rent at the front desk were all-in-one jumpsuits. Those were a bit inconvenient for going to the restroom and changing. It would be much more helpful if they were a regular shirt and pants. Perhaps it's part of a farmer-like concept, though. I highly recommend this place for everyone. They have a good vibe and are nice to chill out. Definitely 10 out of 10 :)"

"The room is spacious and clean. There are free snacks and drinks in front of the counter. The downside is that it is a bit far from Sawara Station and it takes 10 minutes to walk. There is no convenience store nearby."

"Undoubtedly one of the best hostels I stayed so far. I went off-season, so there is not much travellers around. But the place is cozy enough to keep you occupied. There are workdesks and also books and manga. The location is near the sawara boat tour so you can just line up without reservation. The place itself also holds seasonal events like workshop and gatherings. Best to check out their website and you can time your visit during those periods."

"It is a local hotel in small city, around 10min walk from JR station. It doesn't have too many rooms, so it is not so crowded. There are comfort seats and big space at ground floor reception, you can buy take-outs from nearby restaurants or convenience store or supermarket back and make use of the oven. Rooms maybe a little old and not cleaned well (some of hairs on ground and remained items from last guests), while the staffs are kind and helpful, I will definitely come again next time. thanks a lot!"
