"This is a gem of a location, with an amazing ambiance. A former caravanserai, the decorating of this hotel is opulent. While the rooms are not that big, the decor more than makes up for it. Original stone walls, large chandeliers, beautiful kilm carpets in the rooms. We were talking and wanted to pack the carpets in our luggage and take them home! The bathrooms are decorated with outstanding tiles and colour scheme. While it wasn't very big, it was properly lit and and warm. it's possible to walk down the hill to the centre of town, where we visited a tea shop and sat outside drinking chai. The breakfast was modest for a buffet but tasty and adequate. I would recommend that the hotel staff be a bit more hospitable, especially those who work the front desk. They should greet the visitors, and not just ignore them when they arrive, even if it's after check in. "

"The hotel is perfectly located on the river, quiet, yet close to the city center. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is generous. The staff is friendly. The internet connection is poor in room 210, which must be too far from the modem. There is no meal service or alcohol sales, but you can order or bring in from outside. Brochures on nearby attractions would be welcome in the lobby. We had a very pleasant stay despite these small shortcomings."

I accidentally forgot some personal items after checkout, and the owner kindly kept them safe for me until I returned. Truly thoughtful service and a great stay — highly recommended."

"It is a nice budget hotel with no lift inside so u had to bring your luggage using stairs. If you are looking for food, u can find a Burger King restaurant in front of this hotel. Cleanliness so so, I found hairs inside the bathroom :("
