Apart Hotel 92/2 ★★★★
"Drinking water was only provided on the day of check-in; this was the first time I'd encountered such a hotel. Breakfast was limited, coffee was charged separately, and condiments were scarce. When I asked a staff member for vinegar, they simply said they didn't have any. The electric heater made the air extremely dry. The elevator was cramped."
Hotel Zumrat ★★★
"Remote location, water outage for 3 hours, poor internet speed."
Metelitsa Hotel ★★★
"Excellent hotel. Everything is clean, cozy, done with taste. Nice design, new furniture, clean towels and lattes. The staff is polite and friendly. Many foreigners. There were no complaints about the cleaning. There is parking. Iron for an extra fee. I recommend"
La Villa Park Hotel ★★★
"Perfect stay in Karagandy! Comfortable rooms, warm service, and La Villa kitchen is so delicious! Everything exceeded expectations!"
Reikartz Karaganda ★★★★
"Overall, I liked the clean, comfortable place. The lack of a restaurant or cafe was a bit of a bummer. Although there is a bowling alley, I had to order pizza."
Hotel Senator ★★★★★
"The hotel environment and customer service are very good. The check-in experience is superb. Not only did they help us to complete the luggage storage, but they also handled the late check-out for us. It is really touching to enjoy the warmth in a foreign country. I strongly recommend staying here next time I go on a business trip. Full marks"
Cosmonaut ★★★★★
"Upon arrival very early in the day & after flying for twenty-plus hours our rooms weren’t ready so not off to a good start. They did get us into rooms within the following hour- problem solved. The rooms are relatively small but big enough, clean and comfy. The room had a fridge but no coffee maker 😱. Room service was always prompt in coming to the rescue getting me my caffeine fix ☕️. I really enjoyed going to the indoor pool and sauna. On the way there’s amazing art 🖼️ work displayed. Also, a grand piano in the lobby for guests made for some soothing sounds 🎶 ☺️. Reception (Roman, Alex & Victoria) were super helpful during our 3wk stay. The food was good & reasonably priced. Aidana took good care of our appetites. Management checked on how we were doing regularly."
