"Perfect place to stay if you want to do activities by the mountains surrounding it. There's a great supermarket close by. Nice calm atmosphere. Everything in the rooms are completely functional and cozy, I like that it kind of feels like a cabin. My only complaint is the food, I don't recommend the the food at all as every baked good they had in the morning was always stale, I preferred to walk to the supermarket close by for breakfast instead. While the rooms are lovely I recommend bringing heavy Winter pyjamas even if you're going in Summer as the rooms are freezing at night, and the bed while extremely soft and comfortable is not warm enough."

"Great location just moments from everything you need such as ski lift, ski shop, supermarket and restaurants. Good ski room with street level access. We had a lovely three bedroom apartment that could have slept nine if you wanted. A well stocked kitchen with kit to allow you to cook properly if you want. plenty of space to relax and a small balcony too. The private sauna also worked well though it was pretty small.. it's not as nice as a proper spa area in a hotel for my tastes. Slight surprise that the bathrooms have no toiletries but a welcome bottle of wine on arrival and some bubbles on new year were sweet surprises. We dined in the hotel once which was pretty nice but we found more tempting options around town. Reception was unstaffed other than when guests arrive and depart but Petra was super helpful and very responsive by text for any problems. It's a very good accomodation option in the heart of kaprun."

"Very frendly and service oriented staff but the apartment was totally overpriced for its value. Not clean dishes, not enough cooking utilies and no dining table for family. To charge EUR 1270 for three nights was a robbery. I would not go here again for this price. In the end it would be my own mistake to book it remotely based on nice pictures."

"Very clean, comfortable and big enough for 6 people. Very good equipment in kitchen, bathroom and all rooms. very good location close to shutle bus stop but not on the noisy main street. We were 6 people and all of us were very satisfied. Excellent communication with host. Parking place available for free"
