Royal Group Hotel Chun Shan Branch Reviews

I am booking a big room about 43 sq.mm, it's very comfortable to stay, cleanliness, delicious breakfast, good service, can be storage luggage before check-in and after checkout. I'm recommend.

The location is great for transit, eating and shopping. The rooms are ample, nicely decorated, felt new and clean. Breakfast is good and there are complimentary steamed buns, juices, coffee, teas and ice cream available at any hour. Staff are friendly. They speak little or no English, but that’s not a problem with translation apps. Only issues are weak wifi that only worked on the ground floor and not consistently, and the fact that cigarette smoke sometimes travels either through the ventilation system or because the doors don’t close tightly. Sound also travels but guests were discreet so that was not an issue. The hotel isn’t suited for anyone with mobility issues as there is a step to the front door, another to reception and three more to the elevator. No ramps. There is even a step from the bedroom to the bathroom. Very odd. Overall a very good stay.

The hotel's service was very good. They were very friendly when I called to inquire. They explained in detail how to turn on the TV and lights, which made us feel at ease.

This room is quite spacious, but the corridor and room look a bit old.

Since I was traveling with friends and family on this trip, I'm not sure about the location's accessibility to public transportation. I'm just sharing my thoughts on the hotel's amenities. The hotel offers a 24-hour snack bar, which is a nice touch, integrated into the lobby and dining areas. Breakfast options include rice, porridge, bread, a few stir-fried dishes, salad, coffee, and soy milk. While not particularly fancy, it's a good value for the price of under 1,000 per person. The environment is clean and tidy, and you don't look very old. The hotel offers free bicycle rentals, which is very convenient. The only downside is the poor soundproofing; you can hear conversations and doors opening in other rooms in the hallway. I'll definitely consider this hotel again next time I visit Yancheng District.

The service is friendly, the room is clean and comfortable, and the food is of good quality. If you go to Kaohsiung for business or leisure next time, you will definitely choose Yusu Zhongshan Hotel first and highly recommend it to your relatives and friends.

The house is well organized and there is a parking space, but it is a pity that there is only one elevator and the space is not large. Although the air conditioning in the corridor is very strong, the smell of smoke is still very strong. If the door is opened, the smell of smoke will float into the room, making the child allergic. The room is spacious, bright and clean. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The staff are very considerate in all services. The hotel is in a strategic location. There are many snacks nearby. You can reach the MRT and the business district in five minutes' walk. Highly recommended.
