Response from Property: What a bummer! Oh my goodness, dear guest, we didn't mislead consumers. We speak responsibly. We are indeed located in the Love Song Square business district. The walk to the square is 5 minutes if you're fast, 7 minutes if you're slow. If we were lying, Ctrip wouldn't approve our application for a shop name! We are indeed a B&B with a view. From the terrace and most rooms, you can overlook the Kangding cityscape. We face the Paomashan Scenic Area, where you can see the entire Paomashan Mountain! You said we have no exits. Any discerning guest can see that your statement is overly exaggerated. We've been open for so long and have welcomed countless guests. Did they all grow wings and fly out of Kangding? We are the largest and most famous B&B cluster in Kangding. Tourists flock to stay nearby every day. Can't they just leave? You said our service was acceptable. We turned on the heater and electric blanket before you even arrived. A waiter started serving you from the parking lot, took your luggage, and accompanied you all the way to your room with butler service. Breakfast was also delivered the next day. You took photos on our terrace, and our staff proactively asked if they wanted to take photos. When you left, our staff even walked you to the parking lot and watched you drive off. A hotel with a per capita budget of over 100 yuan provided such service, yet you only gave me two words: "acceptable." I see you're a Ctrip review expert, and you've probably reviewed countless hotels. I'm not sure what kind of service would satisfy you. Could you please advise?
