"We understand this is a budget hotel, but we kindly request that cleanliness be maintained properly. The sheets and pillowcases need to be washed thoroughly (there were still dirty stains). The room floor also needs to be mopped properly. There were cockroaches in the room in the middle of the night. Please review the cleanliness of the guest rooms."
