"Temporary booking, because of the rainstorm, so I can't catch up with the original accommodation. One light was broken and kept flashing, and the cockroach could turn him off. The sink does not know why it is blocked. Breakfast can be diy to make a coli cake or muffin, but there are too many people, I didn't make it, it was relatively simple, but because it was also a temporary accommodation, so forget it, have a cup of coffee and leave."

"I had booked Hampton Inn & Suites Springdale Zion National Park with Hilton Honors, but due to the fire in the town, I couldn't enter the hotel, so I suddenly made a reservation through Trip.com. I checked in 5 minutes after payment, and I was impressed by the convenience of Trip.com because the hotel confirmed it right away. Hampton Inn Springdale still hasn't mentioned refunds and has refused dozens of emails and phone calls, but I'm glad I was able to stay here. The room was average and the breakfast was average, but it was clean because it was newly built, and the location was suitable."

"Great place and so much fun history. We stayed here in 2000 with our kids and were so happy to return and hear that it's again managed by local owners who are working to upgrade and spruce it up to its original glory. Didn't get a chance to eat in the dining room. Next time!"

The building was used for a amazon parrot flight house for a local sanctuary. They were in the process of demoing the old building. We saved it and gave it a new purpose! The lot it sits on had a birdhouse where a pair of birds would raise their young every year. The house is well laid out with an open floor kitchen, living, and dining area. There are 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The house can comfortably sleep 6 adults. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed with a twin loft bed over-top more suitable for children in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa (queen size) in the living room. We also have a pack & play, booster chair, baby bathtub, and dishes for children if you are traveling with little ones.
Step through the double doors of the living room and be greeted by a spacious patio, complete with a roof that offers ample shade. Stay connected with nature even during the heat of the day, while being treated to breathtaking views that will leave you in awe. Prepare to indulge in pure relaxation on this inviting patio. There is a lounge area with a fire pit, dining table, and grill. Delight in our swings and bench swing, a picture-perfect spot to capture cherished moments and create envy-worthy memories. From the patio you have access to the back yard that features a trampoline, swing set and lawn games.

We also have a pack & play, booster chair, baby bathtub, and dishes for children if you are traveling with little ones.

You will be close to hiking trails, restaurants, & Jacob Hamblin City Park. Your private parking space can fit two cars; additional parking for boats, UTVs, etc is available. Two separate bedrooms, spacious living area & a roomy restroom. Large, south facing windows provide plenty of sunshine to fill the spaces. Includes 5G fiber internet and a Roku TV to help you stay connected if you so wish. The kitchen is stocked with the a refrigerator, air fryer, toaster, microwave, Keurig with coffee/tea/cocoa and fixings (sugar/ creamer), spices, pots and pans, silverware, dishes, and a 2-burner stove. If there is anything you need, we are happy to provide anything we can.
