"Our stay was shortened by the flood so we only had a short (half night...) stay at the resort. Food at the restaurant was good, staff speaks English and they are very kind. Lots of activities for kids (playground, feeding animals, swimming pool - no heated water). We stayed at a bungalow (with bathroom - careful there are some with common bathroom usage). The bungalow is well equipped (no aircon - gallery can be extremely hot during summer season). Bathroom is tiny so it can be a bit uncomfortable some tall or bigger.."

"Stayed in May, new hotel not finished yet but no cleaning service for 7days I stayed am staying 7days Hmm🤔 food was cooked by untrained staff as everything over cooked and no flavour, staff unwilling to help or offer a solution (except two restaurant staff) I am looking currently to move, the rooms and beds are so bad and uncomfortable, the new wing has so much potential if staff are trained in service and hospitality and a real chef that knows flavors is onboarded"

"Spacious and warm room, really large bathroom with super shower. Very kind and helpful owner, they make excellent pizzas and good breakfast for a fee. We had a very good time if we return near those areas we will certainly return. They have exclusive parking even if outdoors. Wifi and fridge in the room"

"what a fantastic place! like glamping: all little chalets made to look like the ones on Velika Planina. They are so well-thought and well-made, like mini-houses. Ours had a queen bed and a sofa plus a queen mattress in the attic. We slept like logs, no sound around. The buffet breakfast is well worth it and so is the food at the restaurant. It was also fun that our chalet was right across from the sauna which we also enjoyed"

"The apartments are located in nature, which we really liked. The room was basic, and during the three days we stayed there, no one cleaned it or provided fresh towels. They explained this as part of being an eco-resort, but it seemed more like a cover for the evident lack of staff throughout the property. Breakfast and dinner felt more like a 3-star hotel rather than a 4-star one. I especially didn’t like the meat served at dinner, which was heavily seasoned with spices not typical of Slovenian cuisine. I struggled to find something I could eat. Throughout the stay, I had the impression that they were trying to charge extra for various things. For example, if you want clean towels, they will replace them—but they won’t mention that this will be charged at checkout. I found this practice quite irritating, and because of that, I’m not sure we would return. Which is actually a pity, because the surrounding nature is beautiful. The pool is small but adequate."

Nice bar next-door for socialising, with a lovely view, but not noisy. Communal kitchen where you can prepare and eat meals. A great place to stay and a wonderful base to explore the area- only 300m from the bus station and 500m from the train station."
