Enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn city centre so much. The location was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bfast was nice! Will definitely come again with my 2kids!

MD: Mostafa today. From quiet observations, he is an excellent worker, he made a perfect bed, washed the bathroom sparkling clean (not slipily and no hair left behind), refilled suppliers meticulously without leaving out anything, he responded to request quietly, promptly and professionally. He is quiet but very hardworking. He has left a deep impression.
Ms Narrisa was the front desk staff who recorded my appreciation and carries my messages across perfectly. Earlier Mr Wan from concierge explained to us about transportation arrangements and another female took down my requests on added amenities for the room and carried my instructions to perfection.
The hotel is very busy with high traffic volume and yet the staff provided excellent service. Very commendable.

Location is convenient and near CIQ. Room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. Service is good. My second time stay here with my family. Highly recommend.

Return stay for its location to jb ciq.
Took quite some time to check in as not many counters were opened. Concierge desk was always empty as well so storing luggages and picking up luggages took quite a long while.

So convenient to go to Komtar JBCC and City Square.
I love the bed and breakfast but the pillows are too soft for me. There is cat cafe at komtar.

Very convenient location as it is just outside after you pass through the checkpoint. Breakfast is not bad and room is comfortable. Pillows abit too soft though.

Good to be back again at Holiday inn. Its been awhile. Breakfast spread clearly improved. More choices. Almost similar to Hyatt place paradigm mall.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is conveniently located near CIQ, and the room was spacious. They provide both firm and soft pillows, which is a nice touch, but the mattress is quite firm, so keep that in mind if you prefer soft. Breakfast had a good selection as well. There is parking on JBCC KOMTAR LEVEL 7 for FREE just let the receptionist know your car plate. Overall, a great place to stay 👍🏻.
