"Firstly its a suites and not a hotel so expectations have to be tapered accordingly. The place is clean and comfortable to sleep in however the age of the place is begining to show. Towels are clean, thick and fresh smelling, they seem to have upgraded the shower heads which have v good water pressure. This trip I got a room facing the road. Nice view but can get noisy when cars with loud exhausts drive by. Breakfast was suffice with an eggs station and local Delights like mee goreng / kway teow goreng / curry noodles / mee soto / nasi lemak. Unfortunately the 24hr food place with lotsa variety and delicious food right next to it has closed and moved to medini 3 which is a 5 to 10min drive away Overall, for the price, Trinidad is a great place to stay on a budget and secure parking. Kudos to the always friendly and helpful staff as well!"

"I stayed at the FUJU homestay at R&F Princess Cove. Overall, the place was quite clean — the bedsheets were fresh, and the unit was tidy. However, the toilet flushing was quite difficult to use, which was a bit inconvenient, and the fridge wasn’t very clean when I arrived. Other than that, the location was great — it was easy to access R&F Mall, which made things convenient. With some small improvements in maintenance, this place could be much better."

"Thanks for the free upgrade to the one bedroom suite with sea view :) we enjoyed the comfortable stay very much. Had free shuttle bus to CIQ though I think we could have walked there, it’s literally a stone’s throw away and we cld have saved 10 minutes as you had to go one big round by car."

"It was just a night stay with friends and we found the place to be very cozy and enjoyable, in-front of the apt has this Lepak corner cafe which you can always hang out for late supper and football match to watch. Overall definitely will come again!"

"It was a short getaway with friends away from Singapore. As it was our first time staying at this new condo which I heard it’s newly built and just opened recently, I was more excited than my friends that I didn’t fully concentrate when the owner met me to assist with check-in and explained the facilities to me. Check-in was smooth and easy process. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly security guards. Thereafter, I was assisted by Samuel (a young , handsome, kind and hospitable chap), whom I believe is the owner managing the apartment units that we stayed. I got a different unit from my friends because I wanted some privacy and to sleep on my own bed and I’m happy I got a connecting room next to my friend’s. When he brought me to my room, I was quite surprised by how small the room was, quite compact that I would recommend a maximum of 2 persons to stay ideally. But the bed was super comfortable and huge, which allows me to roll freely and sleep comfortably. Room amenities such as dental kits, toiletries like shower gel and shampoo, hair dryer, kettle, comb and even shaving kit were provided to ensure convenience, which some other airbnbs or hotels don’t offer. Aircon is very cold, which makes sleeping more pleasant. Location of the apartment is highly accessible. If you’re hungry, 7 eleven and some other minimarts are just nearby, a few operates for 24hrs but most shops were closed at night. KSL city mall and other hotels are nearby which made it convenient for us to gather with our friends who stayed at nearby hotels. The only disadvantage during my stay was the fridge. I didn’t realise it wasn’t cold until when I came back I found my ice cream melting and had to throw it away. However, I was shocked but happy to receive a booking voucher from the owner to make it up for the fridge incident. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my experience here and would definitely come back for another night of stay. Highly recommended SPACE RESIDENCY to all! "The apartment is of good size for families of 4. Even it’s just me and my husband, it is good size too. We enjoy the comfort and cozy-ness of the apartment. It is clean and well kept. Meymey is also nice and provides good customer service. She is also prompt and patient in responding to my queries since it is my first time booking this apartment. Definitely going to book with this serviced apartment when my husband and I come to JB!!"

"The room is very spacious and clean. Conveniently located beside KSL City mall. During our 1-day stay, we notice a water leak in the kitchen sink. The floor level walkway is abit dim lighted. Need to take note. The passenger lifts gets busy during evning time and can cause some delay. Need to take note."
