Decent hotel. Good location. Water pressure and housekeeping service could be better. Deposit of 50rm.

It has great location. Walking distance to jb sentral. 24 hour reception. Friendly staff. Old hotel with old furnitures, etc. Bathroom has good water pressure. Value for money though 👍🏼

Booked the deluxe room for 3 people. Spacious and facilities were basic enough for a good shower. Near to CIQ and mall within 10 minutes walk. Price is reasonable for this kind of hotel setup.

Sadly noticed there is no housekeeping after 10 or 11pm . Another feedback is hotel location that is secluded n dark and round a corner. If traffic light can be installed before a bend, to encourage drivers to slow down would be safer for all crossing over the road

Last check in 11.30pm but lucky staff welcomed me. Location and service good.. Toilet too old, flush sometime not working. Water 🚿 dirty..

It’s very convenient as it’s nearby to CIQ . Just a few mins walking distance from CIQ to hotel

Walking distance to mall and immigration building. Not difficult to find using Google maps. Was not congested. Aircon was cold and water pressure was good.

I have been on business trips at home and abroad for many years, and I have been to Malaysia several times. To be honest, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. First, the room is very shabby. Look at the picture below, it feels like going back to the last century. Second, the toilet is broken and you have to press it several times to flush it. Third, the wash basin leaks. Fourth, there are no slippers. I asked the front desk for them, but they said they didn’t have any and spread their hands. Fourth, there is no hair dryer. Fortunately, I went to the front desk to borrow one. Fifth, there is no socket at the bedside and no phone. Well, I won’t say more. There are still many good hotels in Malaysia, and they are not expensive. This one is weird. I hope that Chinese people will avoid pitfalls in advance when they come to Malaysia.

I personally feel that this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The facilities are very old, and a tourism tax of 10 ringgit is charged for each room, plus a deposit of 50. However, the little sister at the front desk was quite enthusiastic and helped us print out the travel bill.

It's a hotel with an amazing view. This was my first time seeing a city view like this for this price. The room is a bit old, but considering the price, it is acceptable for accommodation. However, the only thing that is disappointing is that the water in the bathroom is not drained well. And I paid it including tourist tax, which I thought was Ggwangse Magipay. I didn't pay because I had to use a voucher. Since Sookbat in Singapore is expensive, I think this hotel is within walking distance to CIQ, has a good view, and is affordable for those staying in Johor.
