- 24hr eatery and convenience store across the street
- Ample parking space
- Small locker provided & no padlock needed
- Oral care, bath towel & earplugs are provided
- Key card access security

- thick comfortable mattress
Cons
- no 24/7 front desk
- semi-worker dormitory environment
- cheap pillow
- no clothes hanger
- privacy screens could see through when light is turned on in the bunk in a dark room
- no air ventilation in the bunk room
- very weak shower water pressure
- tiny shower room
Overall
I would not stay in this place long term because my main concern is air ventilation in the shared bunk bed room. Sharing stale air with multiple people in the room is a hotbed for spreading airborne sicknesses. I do not need an advanced HVAC system, just an open window with good air circulation will do the trick. The shared shower room was so small that i literally was trapped in a corner to let the door swing in to open and exit. Other issues were manageable. I think most of them went to bed early because they need to wake up early to work I guess. Expect early morning alarms to wake you up while asleep.

There's a hair on the bed and the bedsheet seem like yellow without washing it. However the location is good and can't complain too much with this price.
