Highly recommended! They have a good variety of food choices for breakfast. Love that water dispenser is available in hotel room with hot and normal temperature water. Free Parking available.

1. The breakfast spread is the best of my many stays among the JB hotels. . 2. Very ESG there's a water dispenser in the room including hot water. 3. Good view can see the RTS link bridge from the woodlands side. 4. The room is big and spacious. 5. Shower water pressure is good. 6 there's digital lock safe.

The location is good which is just at central of the city. It’s also nearby the rest of the restaurants and shopping mall.
If you are coming JB for work or holidays this is good location.

value for money hotel. clean and near customs. the spa within the building makes it even more convenient. breakfast spread is good. this hotel caters a lot of seminars, so quite a number of people during breakfast and the lift.

Nice enough hotel, check in process was smooth. Aircon in the room was not cool enough. Breakfast was not too bad. There's nice eateries nearby. Overall is a pleasant stay.

Came in during the weekend for a one night stay. Good hotel staffs at reception, malay lady short hair greeted us with enthusiasm. we highlighted our hotel requests and they were all fulfilled. Rare for a hotel to accomadate this best. Location is great as well, walking distance to popular japan restaurant chain down the street. rooms are relatively spacious, wish it was abit cleaner for stains. hotel provides water dispenser. overall good stay.

Able to check in earlier in the morning 7am with rm100 top up. Booked another day on another platform and able to transfer over smoothly to another room. All good except for the dispenser that might be over due to change filter (April 2024). Drank some and felt wierd. The other room tastes normal.
