I'm very familiar with this place, and I often stay here for accommodation and leisure travel. There's a corridor directly outside the CIQ (it didn't rain, so I didn't enjoy the corridor). Cleanliness and convenience are my top priorities.

Despite arriving late to the airbnb, the entire apartment wasn't cleaned up from the previous tenant. Contacted xin an and requested to change apartment but they only offered me 80rm for the inconvenience. Not only that, one of the aircon in the room wasn't working. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience.

I booked a standard king room for a 3 night stay. Upon arrival to the room, I noticed the floor was wet as though it had just been mopped. To my surprise, I was given 2 queen beds instead and used towels found in the cupboard.There was a stain on bedsheet. I had to place another bath mat to avoid the trip and fall due to the first mat suction being not strong enough. During the stay we were provided with a shower gel and no shampoo. The washing machine does not come with a dryer and you need to search for the detergent which was placed under the kitchen sink. A garment steamer and vacuum cleaner were provided in the room, very convenient .The utensils, pots and pans were displayed on the kitchen table top, it looked cluttered. I suggest that it should be placed in the cabinet provided when not in use. Overall the cleanliness is good. There's room for improvement. Thank you.

The B&B is very clean and decorated in modern style. It is very new and close to Singapore. The scenery is beautiful and the service is attentive. The house can be rented for a long time or sold.

We had a great stay. Feels like home. Everything was complete — washing machine, oven, microwave oven cooking utensils etc. TV was very easy to connect and navigate. View is incredible. Would stay longer next time! Totally recommended.
