New apartment/unit and the furnitures are in good condition. High floor with nice view. Just to note that it is a one hall, one bedroom unit and with one toilet. Though it is suitable for 4 adults, but may not be very convenient for four to share a single toilet.

Host is very nice and always reply fast if you have any questions. The place is near mall too. However, we will not book this again due to beddings. The mattress is hard and creaking, the pillows are hard and black inside. Not sure whether the black one is the mould.

just a few mins away from checkpoint! house stay was clean and decent. my family and i had a good night’s sleep after a long day of walking around. very convenient for those with younger kids. highly recommend to everyone 👍

We had an amazing weekday at R & F Princess Cove By Ck Homestay ! The location is unbeatable - just a short walk to the CIQ, making trips to singapore super convenient .The apartment was sportless,beautifully
Decorated, and had all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay.We especially loved the infiniity pool with stunning city views ! Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a relaxing gateway.
