Nobody come to helping to check in the room. we can contact the manager via the system contact only. taking time around 1 hour to check in. i don't like to book again TRIP.com.
already i got very very bad experience in the ( Cubic Botanical Suites by HomeBrickz ) hotel. please go there you can book your self, you book the hotel on the spot. if you book on the spot RM 80.
but you book online trip.com. RM135.
