First attempt to stay solo but unfortunately the night market is only open on Tuesday according to the hotel so in the absence of facilities, I decided to check out at night. Next round will try a 4* hotel.

location is ok, slightly far from bigger malls but with other amenities nearby. budget friendly.

Opposite the hotel is a 24-hour opened mamak (Ayub)Muslim restaurant. There is a 7-11 convenience store next to the hotel. Plenty of Chinese restaurants nearby. At the corner, there is Hong Leong Bank. A few blocks away, there is a Malay restaurant (mixed rice, menu etc).
As I booked for 2 persons, my only issue is no sufficient space (no cupboard) to hang clothes as displayed in the last photo. It is opened space hangers. If u are solo traveller, it's not a problem.
Nevertheless, overall I am satisfied with the stay.

Toilet smells. Lucky neibouring rooms not occupied therefore noise is not a issue.

Stains on the wall
Material of the bed is easy to trap dust
It is what it is for the price
At least the staff was alright
The slot for the key card to turn on the light was too big so halfway the lights will just turn off and we had to readjust the key card in the slot.
There was hair on the bed
