Pros:
Was able to check in earlier at 1pm.
The hotel staffs were all friendly and helpful.
The room was surprisingly big.
Price is cheap.
Cons:
Pretty old hotel.
No lift from basement carpark to hotel lobby.
Breakfast was not nice. Little variety and taste below average.
No shelter from hotel to breakfast place.
Many mosquitoes at outdoors area, especially near the pool.
Table tennis table bad condition. Bats provided and ball is in bad condition.
Pool looks really dirty: greenish and had many particles in the water. But didn't have any skin issue after playing for 30mins.
Nothing near the hotel. Just belatime danga bay opposite but it's a dead mall.
No baby cot available.

Poorly maintained room, with hygiene problems were a serious breach of cleanliness standards.
Issues such as bird droppings and multiple strands of hair were found at the balcony area, dusty fan blades right above the bed, and white particles found below the bed.
Blatant disregard to Housekeeping, causing us to check out early from the room. Upon contacting Trip.com support team, we were informed that the hotel management had rejected our appeal for a refund as they did not receive any complaint to reception and left hotel without telling them. Such Housekeeping issues should have been identified and addressed well before our arrival and not during our stay, causing disruption to our trip.

Evem though the hotel is quite old but everything's great from check in to check out. Breakfast was not so good tho.

The location is great. The room was good enough. The pool is okay but has concern on the safety of the customer since no life guard was available especially on using the slide. The slide is very high but no life guard is monitoring the users. Overall is good.

Spacious room. Equipped with a refrigerator, clothes hanger, easy to make tea. Sophisticated toilets like in Korea, Japan. Breakfast has a variety of options. Nasi lemak, chicken curry, gorenh beehoon, traditional cakes, porridge and pancakes are not left behind.
