應該屬於那一種公寓式的房間空間特別大，2室1廳，裏面可以做飯，冰箱空調廚房什麼都有，兩個衞生間設計還比較合理，裝修的質量一般

Good location to Danga Bay, Plaza Angsana and fairly near to KSL area. Clean and comfy apartments. Beds and pillows are very nice. Pool is quite clean. Gym equipment dismal..weights are too basic and not enough machines for leg exercises. Close to eateries and the main stadium. There is a cafe at the lobby that serves decent coffee. Internet connectivity can be spotty at certain times of the day

Used to book this hotel via other platform and it is fine. This is my first time booking from trip.com. I made a honest mistake on the dates. Supposed to book for the next day but booked for today itself at 9.51pm and check in time is until 10pm, so im supposed to fly there in 9mins from Singapore?. I inform hotel n trip.com but they refused to help to cancel for me to book the next day. Wasted 1 night of money and my voucher. Totally unreasonable and terrible business ethics. The management has issues. Best to avoid here.

Ramada Suites is a little out of the way, almost it is mentioned that it is 3 km from KSL but it took like 10-15 minutes for Grab to reach Ramada from KSL. However, for the price paid, I guess cannot complain too much. Apartment is quiet, clean and spacious but only 1 chair and table. We have two persons, so only one could sit at table to do things while the other on the bed. Basic amenities in apartment - Open hangers (for clothes), hair dryer, slippers, kettle, spoon & fork (kitchenette), fridge, bath towel, toothbrush/paste, bath soap & shampoo.

Location of the apartment were very inconvenient for those who doesn't drive. Very secluded. For a location like theirs, best is to have in room dining service. Nowhere near any shopping malls
