Happy to stay here with family. Good place, good staff. Tv not so good and already inform at reception, maintenance also come fast to fix it. Stay here for event run at Dataran Bandaraya. We just need 10mins to walk there. For suggestion, hotel need to put phone to easy customer to reach and call reception. Overall, it’s a good place to stay with good prices

I really like how spacious the rooms are. This is my second time here and I think they maintained the rooms nicely. There are restaurants and cafes near too. The location is good. I would recommend this.

Carpark entrance is narrow. Breakfast is not buffet. Can only choose western or local breakfast and one person can only choose one once. Drinks only coffee or tea. Bed was very jelly and unstable. Walls are thin.

The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The room was clean, and the view of the city from it was splendid. The breakfast spread was also quite tasty. I will certainly return during my next visit!

First time with Ramada. Nice hotel apartment which is not far from the city. The area is quiet and with a very nice view from the apartment. The housekeeping did a very good job with the cleaning , providing clean towels etc. stayed for 3 nights and is easy to go anywhere since it is near the city. There are a few restaurants, cafes and local food around the hotel area which u can just walk. We did not take the hotel buffet. Just opp the hotel there is a local indian shop with good food. At the lobby there is also a small cosy cafe with good food and fantastic service by Naufal .
It is a very good stay and will come back if there's an opportunity. The price is reasonable . Recommended

overall had a pleasant experience—the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay; I also enjoyed the pool and gym facilities, which were well-maintained, but the WiFi connection was a bit inconsistent, the breakfast spread could be improved with better variety and replenishment, and the area can get slightly noisy in the mornings, though overall it offers good value for money and is a suitable choice for families or longer stays.
