Booked this hotel because just wanted a short getaway where I can relax in the hotel and not get too busy with shopping etc. Pool is nice and big. Activity Centre has paid activities like darts, pool, cycling and a kids indoor playground but didn't use any of these. Breakfast is ok-ish with enough variety. A short ride (RM6 or 7) away from a small AEON Taman Universiti where you can get some dinner if you don't want to eat at the hotel. Overall not too bad given the price.

I booked for 3 days 2 nights. The furniture were old & the rooms got a musky smell. The bathrooms flush not working properly. The toilets were dirty including the toilets accessories. There were even dead house lizards in one of the bathrooms. We cut short our stay and check out the next day. The staffs manning the counter did not even ask why we cut short our stay. That’s saying a lot about their customer service.

The place was huge, and all staff are friendly. We never get bored as there are a lot of activities to be done here at Pulai Springs Resort. We had so much fun and my kids had a blast. We would definitely come back and bring the whole gang.

The pool is big, you just have to walk a little further, maybe you can arrange a buggy to get to the pool
