The hostel capsule bed inside was clean and tidy, but the service is so-so, there was no staff at the lobby so everything have to do it myself.

Dirty place. Broken shower. No hot shower. No receptionist present when I check in and check out. Other visitors were turning off the aircon. Aircon inside the capsule was not cool enough. Dirty bed sheets. Smelly pillows. Felt like other visitors are living there owning the place. So messy there. Smells bad. Unsecured.

It is a budget htl which is value for money, anyway the capsule accommodation is fix with my expectation which they at least provide a basic requirement which was needed by the guest. Well done.

rude Filipino staff, spoke in Tagalog calling us "cheap", happened to understand Tagalog. Other than the location not returning ever for the rude service
