Location is very good. There is private lift to your doorstep. Nice view and very clean room.
Try not to stay at the lobby for long cos lobby got alot mosquito. Backyard bathroom no heater.
Overall, i am very satisfied with this homestay. I will definitely be back.

Close access to KSL Mall
quite some procedures to follow to get access into unit. unit was clean and neat although shower needs to have better insulation from water seeping out.
Check-in at 4pm, check-out by 11am and a late charge to be imposed every 15min block is the least desirable part of the stay.

Suitable if you value budget over comfort
Good for big families as there are four bedrooms. Note that only two rooms come with attached bathroom. A third bathroom for common use and a fourth bathroom behind kitchen and is too small to shower in.
Location is convenient as just at KSL mall. However, getting in and out of apartment is inconvenient as we only had one access card when there are 10 of us. Need to pay deposit one day before stay and it is contactless check in or out.
