This time I had a very bad experience at the Hotel, firstly the parking lot, they sell spaces in addition to what they have, cars are blocking other vehicles from leaving, the hotel is undergoing renovations and they put me in a room that had a terrible noise from an air conditioner. causing me to not have a good night's sleep, the room's door handle was full of dust.

The hotel is well located, the room and bathroom are spacious. The staff are attentive and the breakfast is very varied, the fruits are delicious. We stayed in room 117, the only complaint is the presence of ants.

The hotel is well located and organized, the only thing I didn't find attractive was the fact that I had to pay to park my car inside the hotel.

Clean room, comfortable bed, air conditioning that cools very well, and bathroom with a wonderful shower! Excellent location! I recommend it!

Hotel with great value for money. Located on the beachfront with great views. It is close to the Cabo Branco Food Park with a multitude of food options.

Breakfast could be much better.

The hotel is under renovation. You pass by several open rooms with bricklayers working inside. There is a lot of dust on the floor and in the rooms. They are also constructing a building next to the hotel. There is a lot of dust and noise. No one can sleep after 7 in the morning. The parking is paid separately and, in addition to being paid separately, it is very dirty. They are storing construction materials there. Your car will come out gray. They are charging a lot and they are not delivering anything. It was supposed to let you know that they are doing renovations.

Well-located hotel. Attentive reception staff. Reasonable cleanliness, I would give it top marks. When I entered the bathroom in my room, I felt as if someone had just used the bathroom. The girls clean but do not dry the glass in the shower or the floor. This should be taken into account. There is construction next door, but this was not a problem during our stay, as it was the weekend.

Nice hotel, helpful staff, facing the beach and great breakfast. The location is good but you need to walk about 20 minutes to get to the busiest part of the waterfront at night. Small rooftop pool on the fifth floor. Even rooms with endings from 1 to 10 are very good, above that you have to walk a long way from the elevator to the room door. I would definitely come back.

I loved this hotel, right on the beach, very polite staff, breakfast with lots of variety!

O Hotel possui ótima localização, na orla de cabo branco, frente ao mar. Este foi o UNICO ponto positivo O hotel está em obra no 2° andar, o que fica um barulho o dia inteiro, além de outra obra que acontece em um prédio ao lado. O atendimento na recepção é ruim e grosseiro. Precisamos trocar de quarto 3 vezes, o primeiro estava com odor fortíssimo de cigarro misturado com sujeira, o ar condicionado estava podre de tão sujo, falamos na recepção e após isso fomos alocados em outro quarto, que também estava muito sujo, e novamente pedimos para verificar, aguardamos cerca de 1 hora na recepção até sermos alocados em outro quarto, que nitidamente foi limpo enquanto aguardavamos, inclusive o ar condicionado também foi higienizado naquele momento, pois ainda estava molhado. As toalhas de banho estavam manchadas, o papel higiênico do banheiro é de péssima qualidade, super fino e ficava rasgando. Sempre que tomávamos banho, a água ficava acumulada no box do banheiro e demorava a escoar. A academia estava com a esteira quebrada, e a piscina sujeira preta, além de óleo de bronze + protetor solar, super visível, não consegui nem entrar, então resolvemos ir aproveitar na praia mesmo. Acredito que fizeram alguma promoção, pois fui em baixa temporada e o hotel estava muito cheio. O café da manhã é bem limitado e com poucas opções, e se quisesse uma mesa para sentar e comer com calma, precisava ir às 6:30h da manhã que é o. horário que inicia o café, ou após as 9:30h. Se fosse por volta das 8:30h além de muita gente, barulho, não tem mesa. Outra surpresa foi no estacionamento, que no site menciona que está disponível, mas no momento do check in fomos cobrados no valor de 20,00 a diária, e ao questionar, eles menciona que se desejar, pode deixar o veículo estacionado na orla. Mas tem sinalização em toda a orla que em determinado horário é proibido estacionar, sujeito a reboque. Ou seja, tivemos que pagar pra estacionar também.

Hotel bem localizado, bem movimentado, que atendeu perfeitamente às nossas expectativas. Nós voltaremos com toda certeza. Parabéns à equipe do hotel pelo belo trabalho.
