Love this place. Good Location have food and shops nearby The hotel room have heat electric bed and heat/cold air conditioning which is very important for winter. Reception is helpful even they don’t speak English. Water is provided for free if you need more. Jiizhaigou entrance is walkable but better with taxi which cost about 15 yuan only. Thank you xia xia

I don’t have the words to describe how kind and helpful the hotel owner was! He went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. He helped us with everything (drop in and drop off from the national park, the romantic show with discount, our bus to the next destination, everything! ) the communication was so smooth using wechat translation. He made sure we had everything we needed. I am sincerely very grateful to him for making our stay very pleasant and enjoyable!

I booked this hotel after seeing good reviews online. Although there was a small incident during check-in, the boss actively dealt with the problem and we were very satisfied. The room was very clean and tidy and the sound insulation was good. He thoughtfully prepared mineral water. Xingfa Slippers also recommended a super delicious beef hot pot nearby. Three people ordered a meal for two that they couldn't finish! ! It's so conscientious. When I entered the scenic spot in the morning, the boss was also on call to take me to the entrance of the scenic spot. I really recommend everyone to book with them. The boss is very enthusiastic and the fried chicken in Jiuzhaigou is beautiful. I will definitely come back next time!

Before I checked in, I read the comments that there was a problem with hot water and I was a little worried, but I called the boss and said that all the equipment had been changed. It was true that the hot water was quite sufficient. There was no water pressure water flow problem. The room was clean and relatively large. During the holiday period, the price was quite nice and cost-effective. Jiuzhaigou in autumn by car is really comfortable. I heard that the snow scene in winter is even better. I will continue to book this next time.

This hotel is located in a quiet end of the street that leads to the Jiuzhaigou Park entrance (distance is about 2km). Neighbourhood is very nice: river and mountains, also a few restaurants can be found really close, also it's a five-minute walk to the main shopping and food street at this district. However, I have to sadly mention the flaws of this accomodation such as lack of cleanliness and proper maintenance. For examples, there was huge stain on the carpet in the room, also wet smell from the bathroom, and problem with the window that couldn't be closed properly, so as the results there was a gap, through which some insects entered the room and also it was pretty cold at night. Hope, those flaws will be fixed and quality of the place will be improved.

The first day I arrived at 10 o'clock in the evening, I came to pick us up. The next morning I went to the scenic spot and sent us again. The day I left, I sent us to the station at 6 o'clock in the morning. The boss was very enthusiastic!

Staffs there were so nice, its suitable for 1-2days stay only, will not recommend if u r staying for more days. Room heater is not warm enough which resulted us from waking up in the middle of the night as its too cold. On our last day theres only cold water only not sure why, didnt bother to ask the staffs as theres no phone in the room to contact the counter. They provided counter number for us to use our phone to dial but we are foreigners so unable to do so.
