Awesome Banyan Tree hotel in Jiuzhaigou. Not in its heyday anymore due to some reasons, the occupancy rates are very low, which gives us the chance to be the only room being served on one day for our stay, we feel honoured to have the whole Banyan Tree hotel serving us. Hope everyone can support the hotel, and hope this hotel can regain its glory days. View is really good in the mountains, with snow mountains in background during March.

Requires 1000 RMB deposit per night, the hotel was very empty and most of it was ‘closed’ off. Very spooky at night exploring these areas. Staff were very friendly and the views were amazing. The restaurant didn’t serve western food options for dinner but breakfast was very good

The room facilities are very good, the scenery is amazing, the hotel's own primitive forest and lake are so beautiful, and the hiking tour arranged is a huge surprise. The hotel service is also very meticulous and considerate

When we arrived at Panshan, it was already past 1 a.m. The hotel waiter promptly assisted in opening the door, taking the luggage, checking in quickly, and also helped us upgrade. The balcony of our room faces the endless mountains, surrounded by clouds and mist, and the scenery is different every day. The children ate watermelon and cracked melon seeds on the balcony, which was very relaxing. What satisfied us most was the one-hour hike given by the hotel. The scenery along the way was no less than any scenic spot. The children followed Uncle Yang Jian (hotel staff) to learn about plants and animals and took a lot of photos. If you want your family to spend a Jiuzhaigou holiday quietly and without being disturbed, Banyan Tree Resort is a very good choice.

A very memorable trip. The hotel is located on a mountain top at an altitude of 2,500 meters. The beautiful scenery is no less than Jiuzhaigou. It is really a paradise. I would like to mention that we had a sudden idea at noon. Manager Rao and his colleagues prepared a very perfect outdoor dinner by the sea pool in just a few hours. It was very impressive and unforgettable! The hotel food exceeded expectations, and the service also exceeded expectations. It is worth coming again next time!!!

The hotel occupies a hilltop, with spacious rooms and ethnic decoration. It is a ten-minute walk from the back of the mountain to the mountains, meadows, forests, and lakes. The temperature is around 10 degrees, which is very suitable for vacation. The only drawback is that it is 3.5 hours away from Jiuzhaigou Huanglong Station. It is suitable for a 1-2 night rest after playing in Jiuzhaigou. It is recommended to book a mountain view room or a valley view room, facing east, with a balcony view as shown in Figure 1, where you can watch the sunrise directly.

I was given an upgraded room. The room was super big. I watched the sunrise. The road up the mountain was difficult to walk on. The car also overturned. There were many unfinished villas around, which affected the senses. Everything else was good.
