I asked the waiter on the 4th floor and he said there was no laundry room at all. Weird 3: There are two narrow service counters on the left and right of the reception desk. Someone on the left has checked in, so we wanted to check in on the right. The waiter on the right was deaf and blind and ignored us at all. He was so arrogant! Weird 4: My colleague was in a hurry to go downstairs and wanted to ask for a bottle of water from the front desk. Sorry, the front desk didn't provide it. Please go back to your room to get it.
