第一次入住，感覺環境挺好的，衞生還可以，寒冷的冬天特別暖和，用的是地暖，非常安靜，設施設備全套，旁邊有個超市購物方便。

瓶裝水收費的，以前未標註現在標註了，酒店標註了瓶裝水，到店之後入住了房間問前台前台告知是房間內沒有水的，需要自己從前台買。然後廁所洗手枱下面那個不知道是馬桶塞子還是啥，地板也不是很乾凈，下水道那個地方都生銹了，鐵銹都很明顯，地理位置距離有點偏，到和諧四公里，芙蓉街七公里，章丘站5.8公里，出了問題今天解決結果出來一個保潔還氣沖沖的質問我為啥不接着把酒店退掉啥的怎麼不要水，水收費的問你要你們給了嗎？我昨天酒店剛進門我都沒仔細查看，後面我看了看衞生結果發現地上有個嚼過得檳榔似的，當然這個我沒拍照因為後面入住了發現的，不提供給各位參考，但是我要説出來這個問題，還有當天元旦那麼遠跑過來保潔阿姨你卻反問我為什麼不退掉當時，我好幾天之前就定的這裏，我現在退那麼你給我去找酒店，酒店那會都漲價，你去給我付房價嘛？入住的房間洗手枱那個熱水跟涼水的標註是反着的，放半天水以為沒有水呢，要不是元旦房間緊張還真不會入住這個酒店
總結:環境一般般，地理位置偏僻，沒有免費的水（衹有廁所的水），喝水自己買，服務態度一般，沒有電梯，衹有兩層步行上去
