"To be honest, the most commendable aspect was the cleaning lady who worked on the 7th and 10th; she was incredibly warm and friendly. However, on our first night, we didn't get any sleep and were extremely tired. In the early hours, the sound of water being used upstairs was excessively loud. The gushing noise happened several times and lasted for quite a while, as if it were right next to our ears. None of our family managed to get proper rest. We mentioned this to the front desk the next day, and they informed us that the upstairs room had indeed been occupied the previous night. Fortunately, the following two nights of our stay were quiet and undisturbed. Our room was also situated right next to the train tracks. We had specifically requested a non-corner room at check-in, but we were still assigned one. As we stayed in a suite and slept with the windows closed, the train noise was acceptable.
