"Consistently excellent! This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in town for a game. Last year, I even bumped into the Guoan team, though they weren't staying here this time. The rooms are spacious and impressive, with beautiful views. The hospitality was incredibly warm, especially Vicky, who was exceptionally attentive and truly made me feel at home, showcasing the renowned hospitality of Shandong people. All in all, a wonderful trip. Oh, and after Shandong Taishan's 6-0 win against Beijing Guoan, I even made sure to have a smoke by the hotel entrance and waited for some Guoan fans. What a happy day!"

"Hotel location is good, not very far from attractions. Good service and breakfast! Cleaner lady is very friendly and helpful. Downside: it’s very old and needs renovation! The lobby looks dark and old, only four seats at the lobby and mostly occupied. Should have put more chairs for people to sit and rest! Washing machines and the dryer are not functioning well, the weather was hot so we needed to wash cloth often, it took a few hours to wash and dry, very inconvenient!"

"I brought my parents to Jinan for a trip and booked two king-size rooms. Overall, I was quite satisfied. Since the road was being repaired downstairs, the hotel front desk would call in advance to inform and communicate, and also prepare earplugs.
