明明知道這個房間有問題不提前告知，還裝作不知道還不及時解決問題，真不敢相信這是漢庭和華住會的服務和品質，但是有個很好的員工張女士給我們解決問題還幫我們把行李走樓梯搬上六樓，我真心感謝她，為人樸實，給解決方案。
而且這個酒店巨小，我在其他城市也住過全季和漢庭的酒店就沒這麼小過，連個行李都擺不下，轉個身都費勁。
房間有問題不説裝作不知道給安排房間了，還不告知危險。

給父母訂的，考慮位置距離市中心景區很近，沒想到這家漢庭的前台竟然以登記早餐的名義誘騙長者掃二維碼碼註冊成了華住會員，怎麼著，不註冊會員就不給早餐是嗎，我攜程訂單可是含餐的。您要是有拓展新會員的KPI但凡直説出來也可以配合下，都不容易，但哄騙長者註冊了會員算什麼事，卑鄙二字認識嗎？！該種行為已經屬於使用不正當手段收集他人個人訊息，攜程是不是該管管了？

1.衞生就不説了，這個價位，想要很乾凈就不用想了。哪怕它是連鎖，也沒啥意義。
2.住的時候店內竟然有裝修，且完全不告知。下去告訴前台，我們由於照顧病人，需要錯峯休息，竟然告知晚上就不裝了，難道我衹付了晚上的房費，其他時間房費可以退嗎？不能理解這是什麼服務？
3.房間隔音效果很差。如果你住在電梯口，很不幸，你很難休息好。一直有人走來走去，樓道的聲音會很清晰傳到你耳朵裏。
