Service was warm and friendly. The free supper service was appreciated, and included wantons, porridge, noodles and buns. Laundry and gym were useful. Hotel had good amenities. Location was good, within walking distance from Jinan West Railway Station. Room had a nice view.

The service was excellent, everything was good. There was just one issue. This hotel has the wrong location on Google Maps. After leaving the train station, I decided to walk to the hotel, turned on Google Maps navigation, and walked in the wrong direction for 30 minutes because the hotel wasn’t there. Eventually, I had to call a taxi.
When I finally arrived at the hotel and told the receptionists about this, they discussed something in Chinese, laughed, and told me to use a different navigation app. When I pointed it out again, they said, “Okay, we’ll fix it.” Ten days have passed, and I’ve just checked — the location still hasn’t been corrected.
They also asked me to leave a good review before giving me my room key when I came to collect it. They only gave me the key after I insisted firmly. Aside from that, the service was excellent.

The hotel is located opposite to Jinan West railway station but need walking a little bit longer walk to the crosswalk at intersection.
Hotel facilities is great. Please kindly be aware that there is no mini refrigerator in the room. The dining service is excellent with various kinds of dishes for your appetite.
The hotel provides self-service laundry and late-night meals for free.

The hotel reception is 26 floor and when i come 1st floor i confused where is the reception is but luckily i met one customer who helped me to go 25 floor 😢😢
