"Located at a reasonable distance from the airport, Haile Resort Jimma offers an experience that truly reflects the rich culture and hospitality of Ethiopia. The resort provides service rooted in cultural respect, and every staff member proudly represents the legacy of Haile Gebrselassie and the warmth of Ethiopian tradition. In Ethiopian culture, a guest is treated like a king, and the team at the resort certainly knows how to make you feel that way. They offer guests the opportunity to taste traditional dishes such as cheko, genfo, and bula, along with authentic Ethiopian coffee, while also maintaining excellent quality in their international cuisine. What impressed me most was the way the staff interacted with one another always respectful, welcoming, and professional. I especially loved the coffee area; the incense, the traditional coffee ceremony, and the atmosphere truly make you realize you have reached the origin of coffee. Thank you to the team for checking on me even after I left the resort. It genuinely made me feel like I have a place to return to."
