Beautiful place ! Sauna + breakfast deal was vey good and worth it ! Beautiful beach is close by and neighborhood is full of bars,bbq places and shops!I will be back !

The location is great - within walking distance from all three beaches. The staff was friendly and efficient, so check-in and check-out didn’t take much time. The rooms are quite old, but, regardless, they could do much better work with cleaning.

This time I strongly want to make my complaint. When I booked this hotel on March 30, there was only my chance to book for one style of 90square meter . I booked that room without an another chance . But I checked the hotel next day , there were all kinds of rooms . I had to change to a small room for only two person but there was no a chance also. I really don't understand CRIP company was done this kind of game.

This hotel is fantastic, close to the ocean, with supermarkets nearby. It's also not far from Olive Young. The ocean in Hamdeok is truly beautiful, but the trip to Udo later seemed so futile. I regretted staying in Hamdeok for an extra day. The front desk acquiesced in upgrading us to a two-bedroom room, which turned out to be spacious and comfortable. Thank you, sono, for the wonderful memories our family has left.

The view is great (it would be even better without the building in the middle, haha) and the accommodations are quiet and clean :)

If you don't mind the age of the room, this hotel has a great location. However, the cleanliness and facilities are average. The hotel is so old, and being by the sea, the room has a damp, moldy smell. But with the air conditioning on, it's fine. The location is really convenient. I'd recommend the rooms with floor mats.

It's a great location, so I often go there when I'm in Jeju Island. The accommodations are a bit old...^^;; I go there because of the nearby restaurants and accessibility... Next time, I'll try booking a room in the Clean Building.

When I come to Jeju Island, I often book at Sonobel. The location is great. ^^ It's so convenient to walk to restaurants and water parks from Hamdeok Sonobel.

I was worried because many reviews mentioned the facilities were old, but they were clean and spacious. The only problem was that the sink didn't drain properly... There was a sink in the living room, so it was nice to have some fruit. Hamdeok Beach seemed a bit far to walk to. I'd love to visit again.

I booked at the end of the peak season and stayed there. The view wasn't oceanfront, but it was beautiful. The room was clean. The amenities had a nice, not-too-overpowering citrus scent. The location was also great, near Hamdeok Beach.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I stayed two nights and had a terrible experience! I don't recommend it! 1️⃣ The room cleanliness was terrible. There were no bath towels, only hand towels, and they were so hard they could be used as bath towels. 2️⃣ There was a lot of mold on the bathroom walls, and the washbasin was filthy. 3️⃣ What puzzled me most was the lack of room cleaning. I returned to my room after a day out to find a few clean towels by the entrance. Does that mean a housekeeper had been there? And they didn't even pick up the trash left by the door? I've never seen a hotel with this kind of service! Please choose carefully!

The service was good. All the issues were resolved. We were even upgraded to a two-bedroom, one-living room suite. The room was on the third floor and didn't have a sea view, but a higher floor should be fine. The room had a kitchen and cutlery (we didn't need it, but those who like to cook can). The hotel lobby is on the fourth floor. There's BBQ fried chicken in the lobby, which we ate for dinner two days in a row. Hamdeok Beach is a five-minute walk away, with many cafes and restaurants. There's a convenience store and specialty shop in the hotel lobby. The facilities are good, giving it the feel of a traditional four-star hotel. The room was large, a bit old, but the hygiene was acceptable. Four hotel sauna tickets were given upon check-in, which was nice. However, there were no English signs in the sauna, so you had to guess. You had to wrap your head with a towel to enter the sauna, and there were no disposable shower caps.
