Shin Shin Hotel Jeju City Reviews

The location is amazing; I appreciate that room service checks in daily, providing bottled water and coffee regularly while also changing towels. We were there for 7 nights, by the way. I rated the service a 4, not due to the room service or location. I believe extending early check-in would enhance the experience. We arrived at 9 AM since our flight landed early, but early check-in was not permitted. After the 12-hour flight, we were exhausted and intended to rest that day, but we lounged on the couch until 3 PM before checking in. What frustrates me is the male receptionist. We sat on the couch for more than 6 hours, just waiting until people showed up around 2 pm, and I noticed that they let them check in immediately despite it being 2 pm. So, I approached the receptionist, and to my surprise, they allowed us to check in even though it was still 2 pm. The receptionist showed no courtesy to inform us, even though they were aware that we had been waiting. In general, the location is excellent, the bed is cozy, the area is tidy, it's unfortunate we didn't take advantage of the pool. However, everything, including the view, is absolutely worth it. A tip for future bookers, especially if you can't speak Korean: always use Google Translate.

Near tourist location. Can stay. Near the airport. Frill free

+ the location is about 20 minutes away from Jeju airport so it was convenient. ~ There's a swimming pool, but we were told it was close until after we leave. And last 2 days there were people in it - First of all when we arrived, we were not greeted or anything. We were given 0 informations about anything. The woman at the counter named "Yu ****** H." had a rude behaviour and wasn't helpful at all. We were told the cleaning ladies would come back the next day but they didn't so eventually after a lot of complains, we had a new room. But the efficiency of the staff and the rudeness of the staff wasn't a pleasant surprise.

Front desk staff is so friendly . Thank you for lending  the charger.  Swimming pool is really nice. Nice place to stay in jeju. 🤗🤗🤗🤗

Best stay ever in Jeju. Ambience 5/5 Cleanliness 5/5 Breakfast 5/5 (for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian) Hospitality 5/5 A hotel with a homely feel, laundry service is available inside hotel near the convenience store which has everything available of your needs. Swimming pool has warm water in this fall season. And cherry on the cake is their firecamping which happens from 7-9pm everyday where you can do bbq even. Its a great hotel, highly recommended.

i really really enjoyd my travel this time. i placed no bed and just floor and watch outside pool 🏊♀️ so nice . very recommended this place. 😇😅

The room was clean and quite spacious, however, the bed and soundproofing quality is on the poorer side. The room looks abit old and no proper shampoo was provided. The hotel had free private parking, a CU downstairs which is only open in the mornings and evenings, the CU had limited selection of food available.

If you are a person who likes to spend more outback locations (a California-style outback) this is best for you. A Convenient Store (CU) inside the lobby, a coin-based laundry, and a good outdoor BBQ/ bonfire are a bonus. Also, so several upscale resto around, but is good feeling because the location is flat and accessible to public bus. And breakfast (cheap as included in booking) is reasonable. Also, staying here is like to see old ahjumas doing their job diligently. Kudos to these aunties working hard in the kitchen (restaurant) and room service. Also, its winter time but they keep the pool clean (though not heated). The poolside is quire good for good sunbathe.

Service is excellent and staffs are very helpful. But Location is a bit far from shopping area.
