"I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience with this hotel. On June 26, 2026, I personally spoke with one of the reservation managers, Mr. Gaurab Dutta, who successfully made my booking.However, the very next day, when I arrived at the property ready to check-in, I was shocked to find out that they had cancelled my reservation. To make matters worse, they did this entirely without my consent and never bothered to inform me. Travelling all the way here only to be turned away at the front desk due to the hotel's sheer negligence and unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. If you are planning a trip to Jaipur, I strongly suggest booking a hotel that respects its guests and values basic communication. Avoid this place if you want a stress-free stay!"
