my stay at the Hyatt Place was exceptional. The staff, room, amenities, and location all exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Reception staff (Manju), very rude, not welcoming, not accommodating etc. Basically very bad representation of the organisation she works for. The reception given by the front desk member put us off the hotel thereafter! The F&B staff were lovely & food was good.

Really helpful staff, best services

I was tired few days because I stayed uncomfortable accommodation. I needed clean shower. It’s perfect for me. Plenty of amenities and breakfast is Indian style and western style. I’d love fresh vegetables and some fruit. I’d stay next time in Jaipur.

It's just on the side of the road, a little noisy. The hotel's buffet dinner is 150 yuan, which is okay. It's clean and tidy.

The hotel is clean and tidy. I am very satisfied. I will stay again if I have a chance! The location of the hotel is very good, easy to find, very close to the attractions, and the food is very hygienic and delicious. There are Chinese and Western options for breakfast, which is great!

Nice small hotel with great service. The staff is friendly, always trying to help. Hot water without interruption (which is rare for India, even for 5 star hotels) Clean towels, linen and an excellent bed. Quiet. The only negative is the view from the window of the room (on an abandoned construction site and the "housing stock" of the locals) Upstairs there is a swimming pool, a small gym and a sky lounge. The breakfasts are very good! Close to the airport. Recommend 👌

The hotel was pleasant, not the best experience and not the worst. The rooms are spacious as well as the bathroom. Service is good however one issue we encountered was that one of the room cleaning staff removed our belongings from the fridge and put it on top where it was burning hot. The items got spoiled and was unusable. Luckily it wasn’t a medication or insulin, it was food that was expensive and imported. However the manager was kind enough to compensate for this issue and we were satisfied with the compensation. One thing that was really good was the breakfast, the buffet and the live station was excellent as well as the waiters. Manas was a excellent waiter who was joyful and made sure to always meet our needs

Good food and ambience near Jaipur international:-) This hotel location is wonderful. Just 15 minute from the airport. They have good food and good service. I would rate them specially Manash Sahoo is wonderful service provider in the food court. He went above and beyond to serve my family needs. One of my son has special needs, Manash took care of his food requirements as well! We will stay here again as my twin boys loved this place. By the way, I am Hyatt member since 2014. The first hotel membership I ever took. Thanks to entire staff here in Hyatt Place Jaipur in Apex city, Malviya Nagar. Amazing experience. Very courteous staff. We would definitely go back again. The service provided was top notch. Taste and quality of food was amazing. One of the best hotels in Jaipur with amazing hospitality. All the amenities were of good quality.

Manas attended us for dinner at Zest restaurant. His service was very promt and courteous. Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at this diner. Service was very quick. Buffet spread was good enough. Would definitely recommend this diner for a nice and quiet buffet.
