"Jackson Town is beautiful, the hotel is in a good location, maybe the location is too good, the room is more expensive, other services at this price are very general, the house is old, we are traveling with children, 13 years old, the comb bed is obviously too small. The room has a kitchen and tableware, and a terrace for two rooms."

"Spring Creek Ranch has one of the most beautiful views in Jackson—overlooking the valley with the Tetons in the distance, which was definitely the highlight of the stay. It’s a great spot if you’re looking for scenery and a quiet setting outside of town. That said, the cabin we stayed in was disappointing. It didn’t feel very clean when we arrived, and the furnishings and interior felt pretty outdated. For the price and reputation of the place, I expected the accommodations to be better maintained and refreshed. Overall, the location and views are amazing, but the cabins could really use better cleaning and some updates to match the setting."

"We had the most amazing time staying at Homewood Suites Jackson! The staff was so friendly and wonderful, assisting with any small request we had, and the rooms were beautifully appointed, giving a modern chalet vibe! The hotel location is perfect walking distance to the town square where you can dine and get drinks - don't miss Persephone Bakery and Jackson Drug Co. There's also a playground down the street which is a great perk for families. Our one-bedroom suite was perfect for our family of three as we had access to a kitchen with a refrigerator for snacks and milk. Definitely recommend!"

"We were in Grand View 5020S. It is a lock out from what I could tell. Horrible. Got there, no glasses, no utensils, no knife, some coffee cups and 3 plates. An undercounter fridge that was worthless. 2 decent bathrooms, a living room with no table, just one couch and a bad pair of chairs. No where to enjoy a drink or any light breakfast. The patio was filthy, someone's old hiking shoes and socks on the patio. It was unusable. Here is the worst.,if another party is in the other section of the condo you can here EVERTHING"

"Great location, just that the initial room shower is broken due the water pressure burst it when working to unclog the sink from other room (what the receptionist said) hence some time was spent to figure it out + change room. Free breakfast has warm meal!"

"It takes a few minutes to walk to the cable car. The hotel is quite large, and the rooms have a kitchen and a fireplace. Parking is free, and the value for money is pretty good. It's much better than the Four Seasons, which is a bit old."

Golden Eagle Inn

"The hotel is extremely basic and well below what I expected. Our toilet got clogged, and when we asked the front desk for help, they simply handed us a plunger and told us to fix it ourselves. That only made things worse, causing the toilet and bathroom floor to flood with sewage water. Only after that did the receptionist say she would send someone to fix the problem."
