The hotel is very nice but very staff-related. Extremely disappointed to find fireplace in room wasn’t even in working order / connected up which was a main reason for booking this overpriced hotel. So couldn’t have that on either. The room pictures are absolutely not that you actually get. Incredible false advertising to say the least. All in all look elsewhere. So many other great places in the area where they care for their guests.

Jackson's price is really expensive, and it is relatively cheap to stay for one night. It is a motel and the room is clean. We rushed to the plane the next morning. When we checked out, the front desk did not go to work. It was ok to put the room card in the room.
