"The good: Lovely staff. Clean room. Comfortable beds. We enjoyed the spa one evening and had it to ourselves. Location is great. 5 minute walk to the old town. The bad: Overall the hotel just feels a little tired and run down. Carpet in the hallway is stained and worn. At least on the fourth floor. Also our key card never worked. We had to keep going downstairs to reset it every time we came back to the room."

"Secure parking in an underground car park 300 m away, short walk to cathedral and centre. Our room - Eidelweiss - on the third floor is described as a junior suite. Large bedroom, huge bed but very hard, two armchairs & low table, round table and two chairs. Very good space for living. Power shower in a whirlpool tub but a little difficult to climb into and easy to spray water everywhere! Adequate breakfast of cold meats, croissants etc but coffee rather weak."

"If you want a home away from home in Jaca, it is a perfect place for you! The owners pay attention to every single detail to ensure their guests enjoy their stay. They even have a list of recommended places to eat (their favourite places). The rooms are cozy and well decorated. Location is just perfect as you can get to any place you might need in 10-15 minutes. On the other hand, it is a very quiet part of the city, so you can enjoy peaceful nights. There is also a nice park just in a couple of minutes with the great views. The breakfast was very good as well. It is served, so you can just enjoy a peaceful morning. It was a really nice stay! I hope to be back soon."

"Although it's a 2* no opinion is that it should be at least 3*. The hotel offers a buffet on the three meals (with jam and even bends ( wifi, air conditioning in the room, very attentive staff in both the reception and the dining room. The room has a dryer, being law-based measures for a 2* (3 M2). It has no baggage but a box, for me, very large. I put a 10. There are hotels of top with no comparable food. Here the food is good t obeen and you can repeat on all dishes"
